Established more than 100 years ago, Great Eastern Malaysia (GE) is known as one the largest life insurance provider in Malaysia and Singapore. The Digital Claim platform enable its customers to submit their claims online. The platform is also accessible by GE Agents to assist their customer to create new claims.

Introduction

  • Platform supports both English and Bahasa Melayu
  • Accessible by all policyowners and Great Eastern agents in Malaysia
  • 8 different claim types can be submitted via the platform
