[Travel] Part 6 of 8, Taiwan

While most of the trip till this date involves sight seeing on tourist attractions, today’s agenda differed from the usual one as I had a chance to witness how does a university graduation in Taiwan looks like.

The same old joint for breakfast.

Apparently, they use chopsticks for this.

The trip consists of:

  • Graduation ceremony in Taipei, Taiwan
  • GongGuan’s hotpot
  • Chian Kai-Shek Memorial Hall
  • Hot spring at XinBeiTou
  • Shi-lin Night Market (again)

[Travel] Part 3 of 8, Taiwan

Hua-Lien 花蓮市

Since we stayed at one of the roof in Tian Mu District, I had no idea where there is this two stray cat lying around.

Waking up the next morning and we prepare to move to Hua Lien Country, where it’s one of the biggest county in Taiwan surrounded by mountains.

If you decide to pay a visit to this beautiful place, located east of Taiwan, it is always best to book the train tickets in advance. The train ticket costs us NT$445 from Taipei to Hua Lien (one-way). What to do there? Sightseeing and for more adventurous ones, there is sky diving from a cliff (really!)

[Travel] Part 1 of 8, Taiwan

It has been a year since this trip to Taiwan via Jetstar on June 2009.

There’s approximately around 700 images taken during the course of the trip and editing every single of it is exactly like what the cat felt above.

And of course you will start to even think why I even bother to share it after a year long period, well apparently it is my second trip to Taiwan which the first one was around year 2007…two year apart.

Afterall, it’s wonderful to be seeing such a place that boomed with energetic young people that we always hoped to lived in. Pictured above is the busy night market of Shilin.
