[Travel] Hong Kong & Macau, Part 8 of 8

We had one day left before departing back to Malaysia from Macau, so we decided to take an early ferry trip back to Macau.

And we glad that we did.

It appears on almost daily occasion, there is a plenty of people traveling between Macau and Hong Kong via this mode of transport.

It was quite unwise for us to overspent over the ferry trip due to bad planning.

Following back to the previous post which we didn’t spend much time traveling around Hong Kong after coming back from Macau due to exhaustion, we took the entire day in exploring via the MTR.

The Octopus Card is a pre-paid card that enables you to pay for your transaction from public transport rides to groceries.

It is common to find people have quite a huge amount of credit on their card due to convenience.

Mysterious Macau

Although we first arrived in Macau from our Air Asia flight, we didn’t spend much time in exploring this place. Though it is a known fact that most of the people would come to Macau for its casinos, but least known there is a lot of hidden beauty for tourist to explore around.

In fact, you might be surprised to know more than 40% of the land you are standing in Macau are reclaimed land, which mean you are actually walking on the sea!

[Travel] Hong Kong & Macau, Part 4 of 8

Following third day of the trip which wasn’t really fruitful at all, we chose Ocean Park as the trip of the day over Disneyland due to several reason, mainly due to fulfill our long-time curiosity on this widely talked about recreational place, ever since I’m still very young.

We found out this to be a cousin to the earlier Little Piggy Bun, this one known as the Pork Chop Bun.
