It has been a month since I’ve posted anything in here. It’s due to my ever changing direction in life. Some really ups and downs that happened all the while, be it happy stuff or challenging stuff. Finally I can sit down right now after a nice bath and dinner on a chilly Thursday midnight. Friday morning.
The birth of a new start in two

This is a temple near Brickfields. Which supposingly to organise good deed for the good ones. Such a long time since it is established.

It’s really so hot that you can barely open your eyes wide enough to see what’s in front of you.

A beautiful loving couple

And so again I express my congratulation to both of David and Tsuqi. *claps• •jumps• Nice cake and food

I have almost forgotten how beautiful the sky is always be, that I have not taken up on my fetish in clouds for the past year.

And so that day itself passes happily ever after.
Yumcharing With Housemates

It amazed me how I missed foods back in Malaysia especially when I started to feel so weird about myself that my home country is a fucking friendly loving place with great food.

And so that yumchar lasted about 2 hours after a hefty day that took my whole day driving around meeting up people.
Finding Refuge

This bus is actually the Airebus which supposingly to be decent in comfortability? But after 2-3 trips with it, the question of doubt start to goes around me, due to some really angry driver and rude skills in driving. It has been a rough ride I would say, except the fact that it uses a different route to goes away from the normal hectic Causeway that is crowded with people. I would like to thank million to Joanne and Vince kahki for this great tips.

The Second Link highway which leads into Singapore. Less people?

It has took quite an amount of time to travel down South, approximately around 5 hours. By then, I guess this would be the first time I’ll drop by the newly rented room in a place far far away called Bukit Panjang. Yes, mind you the name, the place is really panjang from the place where I’m working. It has been taking me 1:30 hour trip daily to go 1 ride from home to work. You can do the rough math on how long it will take for me to reach home at night.

And so here it goes. How it looks from outside the door. Lots of flats known as HDB owned by the goverment?

Some typical type of door you will get, but I will share with you more on my experience on this absolute-fabulousing-fucking-Singapo-nese-Kiasu-Lord-of-paranoia.
Heading back home

Enough of random chatter, this is the Woodlands Bus Interchange which you can take bus No.950 to the custom checkpoint in Singapore to go back to Johor Bahru. Quite a decent place compared to Kranji which you will need to tear people’s clothes to get up the bus.

As soon as I woke up from the stop that I took the bus back to KL. I was shocked. KIM GAR……

KIM GUAN…
Being even closer to home

This time around, I’m back to Malaysia to celebrate Chinese New Year with my family before starting my job right after this holiday.

And my dad took an alternate route back to Teluk Intan due to some weird massive jam occurred in Kapar.

This is home. Back in Perak. And it was much quieter since my grandfather left us last year. According to the Chinese beliefs, the celebration for Chinese New Year before any elderly passes one year, it has to be done in low-key setting.

Nothing unusual, just happy and laughing chatters with relatives.

Rolling back to work

And coming back to KL. This Airebus is taken from Crowne Plaza KL due to the seats from Sunway/Bandar Utama is fully booked. So I need to travel down here waiting for it.

It has TV. Mini one.

And it has food! Normal one.
Living in a hole

This is the lift back in the place I used to stay, why I say used? Because I moved
And I’m glad I did. Looks as much dodgy like places in Chow Kit to you.

Anti Rape machine? I’m not really sure behind these urine detection if it works. What if the entire elevator is covered with detergent?
Going to Work

This is the LRT which I can take from the place I ‘used’ to stay.

It runs on tyres. That is magical. But this LRT trip will take me 30 minutes to reach towards the main interchange and change to MRT towards my working place. Cool eh.

The MRT Station. I’m suprised to know that you can be charged with summons if caught crossing the yellow line before the train actually stops in front of you.

Some letter, from mobile telcos.

My cubism. Looks familiar?

Lenovo always gives me the impression of a Cantonese foul language, Lei Lou Mou, Don’t ask me why. I have no idea it sounds just like that.

Applied for a banking system. Minimum deposit 500SGD. That’s like RM1141. If you have less than that they will deduct 2SGD from your bank account monthly. Makes me feel Maybank is so much better.

Some weird techy stuff to verify your online transaction, just like our Maybank’s TAC code. But I felt holding this is much more like a hassle?

DBS? Equivalent to our Maybank. But perhaps I prefer Maybank2u MORE.

Going back home at night through the LRT.

The lane itself.

The people themselves.

And some shopping done over the weekday.

A mobile broadband from one of their local telco. Looks decent.

And I’ve been informed that I’ll need to bear an amount approximate 300SGD if I damage this. LOL.

And this card can be used as normal mobile phone SIM card. Cool.

And yay I’m online.
Waking up to work

Priceless expression from the picture. And yes, everyone’s sleepy. Pity.

And everyone’s busy.

But one thing here. Cat’s appearing right in front of my company means…

I’m too early that I have no key to go into my office.

Doh.

Some food I have at Bugis Junction. Looks cool. Tastes like…food.

And it’s actually just vegetables inside. No meat. Eh. And it’s like 5SGD.

Here’s this outdoor cinema that has been going for a while, and installed at the Somerset MRT station which has the skating park.

Much or less like our version of…somekind of outdoor cinema. What is it called again…?

Yong Peng.
Random bits of rant.

Moneys from elders.

Random pictures. Thanks to Kakak for this gift.

MOS Riceburger. Was expecting it to be really. But it turned out to be just nice.

Probably because I felt too full to actually really feel any taste from it.

So it’s just…nice.
Being Sandwiched

How about some sharing on bus taking experience? I guess the expression from the girl inside the bus tells everything. Massive sandwichism. And this is actually driving me crazy from all these mother-pushing bastards.

Poor girl.

And everyone felt that it’s a normal thing. well, perhaps it is.

Even for the second bus. Phew.
Celebrating Partners

Was lucky to be invited by my company’s partner that deals with PR for their new opening of thier office.

As usual, lots of booze, and talking. Notice something glowing inside this picture?

It’s right upstairs.

I almost drunk. LOL.

Cool bunch of people. And the next morning…

Again…

I have decided to move out from the shithole I was living in. for 400SGD per month it’s like you are living in a prison filled with nails up your ass. Lesson learnt : Try not to stay with a landLADY. That is old. And perhaps, a chinese (no racism, but really, and I’m a Chinese).

You might be interested in what happens right? I guess the list continues if I go on and on. It wouldn’t stop. Due to rising price of property in Singapore, rent in this country is massively gone up high and sore. That is why we could drop our jaw the moment we hear the rent compared to what we paid in Malaysia. But that isn’t too much of a good thing as people taking advantage of travelling workers that is not used to this place, like me.
Of course going through an agent gives me an expectation that this would be at least a trustworthy place I could stay comfortably after work without much arguments. Which in the end, it’s not argument, but mind rape of me. Mentally torturing which I felt I wouldn’t want to argue, else I might end up beating people up. It’s so stupid that I can get mistaken as a bloody cheapskate runaway foreign worker. I have nothing to say if I am stereotyped like that from my face, I know I can’t change that perception if they want to think like that. What’s so cool about this superwoman I was staying with :
-Lock door must be silent, as if you didn’t open the door at all
-The lock must face correct direction
-The washing machine can be use, but only one day cause other day I want to use (her), and after 10pm cannot use, later other people wake up (i was like wtf)
-call me (her) if come back late or didn’t go back home, don’t make me(her) call you cause it will waste my money (WTF)
-socks my put inside your room, no shoes allowed at all if can (WTFF!)
-must go out your room and to work before 9am, i want to clean the floor (WTFBBQ)
-and on and on and on…
I’m so tired that I felt this is a pointless thing for me to live on. She works like an antivirus software update that comes with a new update everyday, almost.

I wish I could make use of this.

All these photography are done right outside the office.

And the postman.

Money lender.

The crack.

And even eagle.

Time I’m inside.

And due to all these troubles, I have been rapidly finding myself a new place.

And eeriely this appears right inside my dream before, call it DejaVu. But I actually like this place.

Known as Bukit Purmei, more cozy and chilly.

Less dodgy.
Prison-Break Season 2 – Live Action Movie.

This is what I experienced way back last week to Malaysia. The traffic was massive due to a prison break from SG. The escapist was the leader of some terrorist network in SG.

And due to some heavy custom check. The buses in Malaysia are fairly empty on the early weekend.

But tough getting through the custom was a breeze. I was stupid to be conned by this mtherfking company that made me paid RM40 for this trip and waited until 1AM (almost 2 hour) before they start to move!

This is utterly stupid. I was at the station around 11 PM.

Some random running around KL

And I’ve only realized this ticket can be used anywhere around the town or off town under RapidKL bus once you made a payment to it! Sweet. It is recycable on the same day.

The skate park in the morning.

That should be the early part of what happened for the past 1 and a half month. But I’m really glad that I can finally settle down in a place that I can sleep like in home. Phew.
