Rejoice! Much of the anticipated event’s information has surfaced. Going live next week from 27th of March towards the 4th of April 2009, it must has been a miracle to finally have these kind of design event in big scale happening in Malaysia after so many years. Big props to (if) for the site (i think). And yes, I’d strongly recommend you to get your tickets early for some nice early bird pricing. Enjoy!

Kuala Lumpur Design Week
It’s been like since you-know-when that a design conference is held in this region. Or probably…never. Oh yes there is. But it’s refreshing to see this to be a good start at the year by promoting art & design in the country through this kind of event which I felt strongly it should be annually held across the country and funded by a lot of organisation in this to accellerate the growth of this country in terms of quality mindset and actions. We’ve been always bitching on how unfortunate to always have conference outside of the country that costs a bomb for us to travel and then to stay there. And now it’s like a dream come through, just tad bit late, though not by a lot, we’re still in the 2009. I’m truly happy to see this happening and wondering what is to come!

Do drop by Malaysia and say hi, I’ll be more than happy to bring you guys around if you are from abroad during these days.
