[Rant] Doesn’t look like a year for Flash

Looks like the dark age for Flash this year. Why? Even the update page doesn’t seem to look that friendly anymore, it’s all…red…harsh…warning…danger, almost every thing that is dangerous and malicious is associated to ActiveX is now almost to Flash. FUUUUUUUUUU

[Rant] Travel-ous year

Taken with limited edition DCD Blackbird (Pink) at Penang’s Kek Lok Si Temple?

Roundup from an angry Flash-o-sphere morning

This news literally woke me up from my bed at 8 A.M. Well it might be much of an issue for existing developer but it’s certainly did hit every Flash developer’s crotch hard. Enjoy reading the thoughts and shouts below.

[Photography] Massive balloon of FAIL

If anyone of you did went to the Malaysia Hot Air Balloon Festival this year, I’m pretty sure that you shared the same sentiment as mine, especially if you are a first timer there. Call it a ranting post, but nothing can describe the utter-FAIL of this event compared to what I have seen in the previous year. A big F word to the organizer thank you.

First of all, the site itself, My Balloon Fiesta cease to work on the event date, which makes a lot of people having trouble to locate the exact venue. In turn, the archived page did help us to navigate poorly to the designated venue.

Located in Precinct 2, Putrajaya, Malaysia. The traffic was heavy and poorly managed from the entrance towards the exit, cars are parked virtually anywhere the tyres can roll. I really mean it, some even parked on top of the divider that you never expect a sedan can go through.

So with all the troubles of getting to the exact event itself, you only found to be sandwiched by a bunch of people with massive lenses and cameras and what-so-ever.

This and that

And of course there’s a lot of journal photographer.

Well, I left the place not long after 30 minutes of arrival only to know that there’s only several variation of hot air balloon designs. Probably the most unique one was the Levi’s – Jeans-alike-shaped balloon, from what I heard.
