[Photography] Chinese Year New?

It is a known fact that every single Malaysian I’ve known that went back to their northern part of the hometown would say it’s the most F***ing hottest era ever occurred during this festive season. The same applies to the elder that I talked to.

The night before the new year of the Lunar calendar. Known as the 30th Night. It is so quiet.

Going uphill to Kek Lok Si temple.
Was fortunate enough to drive up in the early morning before the sun even rise at the Penang island. No jam or whatsoever. But managed to take a night scene timelapse of the city from the top of the temple around 6 a.m. There was countless number of mosquitoes biting my hand and ass though.

Before the sun even rise and everyone is still sleeping.

The sun is ready to rise.

[Random] What’s for lunch today?

MC lunch. Took few pictures of the process. The result was…ehem. This would be officially the third time I cooked for lunch. This was a collaboration with Ms. Canny. *cough*

The end result, dishes including egg custard with minced meat, old cucumber soup, some kind of fish with ginger, and some messed up vegetables (I’d admit it’s me :P ). 1 Word of advice, if you know nothing about cooking, do not worry, I don’t as well, read up on the “correct” instruction in preparing a dish, this will at least make you enjoy your fruit of labor without pain in the toilet later :P
