Time Drifters

It is the fourth month and to come, and almost half a year I’m here. Time passes so fast I barely remembered what had happened during the last 2 month. Both exciting, exhausting and thrilling at least. One of the event was to celebrate my boss’s birthday at Cafe Del Mar in Sentosa. Which it’s a place that I’ve never been before. Excitingly, me and my other 3 colleague never been there before as well, which led us to…

Somewhere uphill, and walking down the drips of the rain. This is due to the taxi driver that drove just right into Sentosa and left us uphill near the golf turf.

It’s that wet.

And decided to take the free bus back to the place where want to go.

Inside the cafe itself. Looks really decent. But a bit on the premium price.

This is likely what you will see from overdosing yourself with alcohols.

It’s also been awhile that I’ve seen such kind of view back in Klang, near the KTM station, Bukit Badak.

And on the way back to SG, I’m surprised that this bus is still operating illegally although the court ordered the suspension of their business for a period of time.

And of course there’s massive jam ahead which started from Seremban. I thought it would last until Johor, which might take 10 hour of journey to reach to the destination.

And basically it’s a serious of accident involving this bus and all 3 other cars in front, the one sandwiches in between a car and the bus are pretty badly wrecked.

And this is what you will really experience on the Johor Custom checkpoint at peak hours and time. I had to literally climb from the side of the wall to get pass this mess. God damn it.

And luckily while I’m on a coach, else I’ll be talking the bus in front back to the city.

It is THAT packed with humans, and the queue are way back behind the bars.

The cars and people are massive.

A pretty neat album released back during end of last year from MUJI, has quite some soothing tunes on Christmas.

One of the fine company lunch. This is the pizza that is Japan-nized with salmon, unagi, wasabi. Tastes really nice if you’re into japanese food. Some kind of new experience for me. OISHI Pizza is the brand itself.

Had a chance to taste the OREO milkshake near Clarke Quay.

Japanese food along the shoplots in Bugis, SG. Nearby Beach road where we normally will drop off from the buses we take at KL.

A really filling meal that it would definitely serve enough for 4 person.

Bus delays

Though not as bad as what we always experience in Malaysia, there’s an amount of delay at times as well which result in 2 bus of the same number appearing next to each other.

The I’m in.

The one besides is the same bus number towards the same route. (Yes, that guy is still missing, note, far right)

It’s pretty hot and sunny here occasionally. Will share of a case I’m conned again by the people in Larkin, JB in the next post.
