Art Launched!
Revving Life
It has been almost 2 month I’m back from China. That’s a fucking fast time to past. Nothing has changed since then. Getting work on and off without a proper time. Waking up late. Being anti-productive. I guess? But of course travelling around the city has been a habit. Still I have some to share with you.
First would be this magical drink. Some say it’s alcohol, and I realized it’s sibling are Sake. Or kinda similar to that. A gift from Tsuqi. Thanks a lot and I’m loving it. In fact, addicted to it’s smell and taste.
One sip is all it takes and you’re hooked!
Bye gadget Bye!
What time is it? It’s past midnight.
And I was about to say goodbye to this lonesome friend.
Sold! And it’s still in a very nice box. Humming The Killer’s song now…la la la la…MrrrrRrrR brRriighttsidddeeee
Goodbye my friend~
It has been a shortlived experience but it’s really fulfilling. A great phone nevertheless.
Never thought of owning it in the first place. And god, the price is…****!
May we ever see each other again. Oh okay, want a summary? It’s really a great….ph…..POD!…i mean ipoD!. The most legendary and useful one ever made. Built in wifi, built in video player, built in BROWSER FULLY FKING FUNCTIONAL!@#!@# and it feels like holding a macbook micro! And the plus point is ? It lets you make phone call! Oh why you ask it’s not the phone function in the first place? That is because that could be more other products out there can outwit this with that ability only. But for a full-fking-functional-smart-organizer, this is way to go. Style – 99points out of 10 Design -100 points out of 99. Of course as for the camera, take it as a freebies, don’t mention it. But the potential of this thing is endless, giving the fact that there is dozens of apps coming out daily. And it’s touchscreen you mutha!!!***!*!*
Anyway enough whining, it’s really a great iPod. ever. Sold!
Fleeeeeeeeee Market
Ever thought to visit friends selling designer stuff? The Curve? There’s another place. Plaza Mont Kiara.
Probably a cool place to hangout during the weekend. Check em out!
[Art] Sabun Flower
It has been a long while I’ve posted any new work, or art regarding to any event. But this time around, back from China, I’m really to be invited by JustLife , commissioned by them to do this Soap Art. Well, what is the idea behind? To use organic materials for your daily use items. Of course this soap is made entirely from materials you find on the farm, organically. Coconut oils…etc etc. I tried to find the pictures where the initial cooking of the soap, but to no avail, probably will update this post again when I get a hold of the pictures. Till then, it’s the production process of the entire soap art.
Hope you’ll enjoy it. You’ll probably able to see it life in Ikano Power Centre, at one of the JustLife’s shop which they’ll publicly displays all the other designer’s soap there.
The Beginning
Raw round soap cooked. Made from Green tea, spirulina and coconut oil. That is supposingly a mark from burning the soap with hot metal, it didn’t work like I intended it to be, so I resorted to just cutting/carving the shape.
It’s pretty soft at this point as well due to the initial process of making the soap that I didn’t do it very well.
Finalizing the shapes and trimming.
It took quite an amount of patience and concentration because you might end up cutting away half of the petal if you are not careful of what you are doing.
Petals up close.
And I was told that the remainings can be recycled again! By slow-cooking it again in a container/slow cooker. and I’ll be able to shape it once again. That’s awesome.
Box Art
And next should be the box art that will be put together with the display. Supposingly, I had a floral theme in mind that later it evolved into something…I’m not quite sure what it is.
Outlining and inking.
Detailing.

Ta-daa! It’s completed! Thanks again for reading and hope to see you in Ikano if you do drop by. It will be on display until Christmas. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Oh, sorry if I didn’t mention that you can view this piece in a larger size by clicking on the picture.
[Epilogue] Bye Shanghai
This is more or less to wrap up my last words on the trip to this interesting land of Chinese. A month back. In the eye of my W850i. Here’s some photos relating to it.
I was suppose to get a Visa for me to travel into China and I’ll have to get it in the embassy.
Who the hell even knows that the Myammarian had rally on that day as well!
I gave up and went on to Pavillion to have a look.
Impressive as always…until I saw those building in Shanghai. ROFL.
It was really a big hassle to travel back and forth to Ampang for this Visa thing. After applying it in the morning . Which they’ll close down the application after 12PM. You’ll need to wait for it to complete, if on the same day, collect at 3:30P.M…with extra charges.
Fast Forward
Look that’s a cat!
It’s a Persian Cat. You won’t able to find any ordinary cat there. Because…I don’t even know why. This cat has a special feature on its eye, one blue one yellow?
Human Kiap Human
A very unfortunate aka funny event ? It appeared that the train was malfunction from moving due to the whole district is out of eletricity.
I didn’t know until I go down inside the train to find it’s fillign packed with human.
Even the girls doesn’t care.
And I decided to leave the train and go for a taxi instead.
No lights.
Everyone’s walking and that really shows how important is that train everyday.
But after like 10 minutes perhaps? I called up to Hoven and he told me the eletricity is back. Damn.
Random photos. Andy Lau’s concert.
This is the building where we surveyed for iPhone’s price. Appearantly it sells around 4100 RMB, which approximately around 1.9K RM? Yes, the whole building is selling mobile phone only!
Some fast food centre. On the right are the Cold-food, don’t ask me why, it seems like they like to serve this kind of dish which are taken directly from fridge itself.
Toothpick?
Inside the train
For a haircut. Last day in Shanghai.
The only photo I had while I’m at The Bund (Wai-Tan). Stupid me erased all the photo I took with my iPhone.
Sweet Home?
Reunion with old friends.
Baseball time. HOMERUN!
KLCC. Well, it appears that their security is pretty, tight?
aw…my nephew.
From the top of Level 51?
Spring Cleaning
Keyboard is…nasty.
And some random running back to home after that. Till then. See you again China. Miss the time back then.
