		<description>well, for a designer, a mac has almost all of the requirement you want in it,

it&#039;s not that it&#039;s failing, it&#039;s the customer service that fails badly to me. i hell had no idea why the hell they go up to an extend to scratch their customer&#039;s macbook purposely. if like this then why the *toot* people pay so many money for ? it&#039;s for the quality assurance and to always feel assure that when you even send for warranty, it&#039;s top notch service. but it&#039;s proven other way around, which i feel like even throwing my money to dell is even more worth.

i guess it&#039;s really the problem with either malaysian or asian. I&#039;m not so sure with the customer service from the US. Probably if Steve Job is here then it&#039;s different.

the machine itself is great, the problem is just the &#039;people&#039;.</description>
