heya, i was gonna get either a macbook or a toshiba a100 2112E, both almost the same price albeit the toshiba is a lil cheaper and wider screen and its also white. but i’m also a designer. should i go for macbook instead?

what do u think? do u still recommend mac after failing a week old? help me out pls. thanks!

well, for a designer, a mac has almost all of the requirement you want in it,

it’s not that it’s failing, it’s the customer service that fails badly to me. i hell had no idea why the hell they go up to an extend to scratch their customer’s macbook purposely. if like this then why the *toot* people pay so many money for ? it’s for the quality assurance and to always feel assure that when you even send for warranty, it’s top notch service. but it’s proven other way around, which i feel like even throwing my money to dell is even more worth.

i guess it’s really the problem with either malaysian or asian. I’m not so sure with the customer service from the US. Probably if Steve Job is here then it’s different.

the machine itself is great, the problem is just the ‘people’.

tsk tsk, then i should just stick to toshiba. the factory is near my house only… i mean 10mins away. so it should be convenient if anything happens, ya?
